"Person" defined.

Whenever the word "person" is used in RCW 43.27A.190, it shall be construed to include any political subdivision, government agency, municipality, industry, public or private corporation, copartnership, association, firm, individual or any other entity whatsoever.[ 1988 c 127 s 27; 1969 ex.s. c 284 s 11.]Notes:Severability—1969 ex.s. c 284: See note following RCW 90.48.290.
