Delegation of powers and duties.

The director may delegate any power or duty vested in or transferred to the director by law or executive order to a deputy director or to any other assistant or subordinate, but the director shall be responsible for the official acts of the officers and employees of the department.[1975-'76 2nd ex.s. c 115 s 6.]
