Every district and municipal court judge shall have concurrent jurisdiction with superior court judges of the state for all violations of the provisions of this title, except the trial of felony charges on the merits, and may impose any punishment provided therefor.[ 1995 c 136 s 1; 1984 c 258 s 136; 1961 c 12 s 46.08.190.
