Before accepting an application for a permanent registration authorized under RCW 46.16A.428, the department, county auditor or other agent, or subagent appointed by the director must require an applicant to pay a one hundred eighty-seven dollar and fifty cent fee, which must be deposited and distributed under RCW 46.68.030.[ 2015 c 200 s 2.]Notes:Effective date—2015 c 200: See note following RCW 46.16A.428.
