Blood type documentation.

(1) The department shall develop processes and forms to enable individuals to submit blood type documentation when applying for or renewing a driver's license or identicard.(2) The department may charge a one-time administrative fee not to exceed $2 for processing the initial blood type designation request for an individual.[ 2025 c 217 s 4.]Notes:Finding—Intent—Effective date—2025 c 217: See notes following RCW 46.20.117.
