Action if breach of agreement.

In the event the judgment debtor fails to pay any installment as specified by such order, then upon notice of such default, the department shall forthwith suspend the license or nonresident's driving privilege of the judgment debtor until such judgment is satisfied, as provided in this chapter.[ 1967 c 32 s 45; 1963 c 169 s 41.]
