Transportation partnership account—Legislative transfer.

During the 2007-2009 fiscal biennium, the legislature may transfer from the transportation partnership account to the transportation 2003 account (nickel account) such amounts as reflect the excess fund balance of the transportation partnership account.[ 2009 c 8 s 505.]Notes:Effective date—2009 c 8: See note following RCW 46.68.065.
