Application of chapter to existing and future franchises and contracts.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all franchises and contracts existing between vehicle dealers and manufacturers or factory branches and to all future franchises and contracts.[ 1986 c 241 s 22; 1967 ex.s. c 74 s 24.]
