Unlicensed hulk hauling or scrap processing—Penalty.

Any hulk hauler or scrap processor who engages in the business of hulk hauling or scrap processing without holding a current license issued by the department for authorization to do so, or, holding such a license, exceeds the authority granted by that license, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.[ 1983 c 142 s 8.]
