Duplicate license certificates.

In case of the loss, mutilation, or destruction of a driver training school license certificate or an instructor's license certificate, the director shall issue a duplicate thereof upon proof of the facts and payment of a fee as set by rule of the department.[ 2006 c 219 s 8; 1979 ex.s. c 51 s 7.]Notes:Effective date—2006 c 219: See note following RCW 46.82.285.
