Radioactive or hazardous cargo, notice of prohibition.

The department of transportation shall adopt regulations to establish procedures for giving notice to transporters of placarded radioactive or hazardous cargo of times when transportation of such cargo is prohibited.[ 1983 c 205 s 2.]Notes:Transportation of radioactive or hazardous cargo, prohibited, when: RCW 47.48.050.
