Liability for safekeeping.

The state of Washington shall be responsible for the safekeeping and return of all funds and securities deposited pursuant to this chapter with the commissioner or in any such depositary so designated by him or her.[ 2009 c 549 s 7061; 1955 c 86 s 9; 1947 c 79 s .16.08; Rem.
