Standard provisions.

No such policy shall be so issued or delivered unless it contains in substance the provisions as required by this chapter, or provisions which in the opinion of the commissioner are more favorable to the policyholder.[1947 c 79 s .25.04; Rem. Supp. 1947 s 45.25.04.]
