Settlement.

There shall be a provision that when the policy becomes a claim by the death of the insured, settlement shall be made upon receipt of due proof of death or after a specified period not exceeding two months after receipt of such proof.[1947 c 79 s .25.13; Rem. Supp. 1947 s 45.25.13.]
