Certified peer support specialist services—Network access standards.

By July 1, 2026, each carrier shall provide access to services provided by certified peer support specialists and certified peer support specialist trainees in a manner sufficient to meet the network access standards set forth in rules established by the office of the insurance commissioner.[ 2025 c 360 s 16; 2023 c 469 s 16.]
