Misleading comparisons to terminate or retain contract.

No health care service contractor nor any person representing a health care service contractor shall by misrepresentation or misleading comparisons induce or attempt to induce any member of any health care service contractor to terminate or retain a contract or membership.[ 1961 c 197 s 11.]
