Issuance or cancellation of policy in violation of chapter.

(1) Any fire insurance policy issued in violation of this chapter shall not be canceled by the insurer under the procedures authorized by this chapter.(2) Cancellation of a fire insurance policy in violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation of this title.[ 1982 c 110 s 5.]
