Board of pilotage commissioners—Participation in joint self-insurance program—Liability insurance coverage.

The board of pilotage commissioners may participate in a local government joint self-insurance program formed or operating in accordance with this chapter. The board of pilotage commissioners may participate in the program to obtain liability insurance coverage, but not property insurance coverage.[ 2019 c 26 s 2.]
