Corrupt influencing of agent.

Every person who shall give, offer, or promise, directly or indirectly, any compensation, gratuity, or reward to any agent, employee, or servant of any person or corporation, with intent to influence his or her action in relation to his or her principal's, employer's, or master's business, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.[ 2010 c 8 s 12038; 1909 c 249 s 426; RRS s 2678.]
