Commission mediation.

The commission shall provide, at the mutual request of an employer and an exclusive bargaining representative, mediation of any labor dispute between them. Any party to mediation may request and receive fact finding by the mediator at the conclusion of a failed mediation.[ 2026 c 130 s 13.]
