Right to strike—Notice.

Nothing in this chapter, except as specifically provided for herein, interferes with, impedes, or diminishes in any way the right to strike. However, a labor organization, before engaging in any strike or other concerted refusal to work at any health care institution shall, not less than 10 days prior to such action, notify the institution in writing and the commission of that intention. The notice must state the date and time that such action will commence.[ 2026 c 130 s 17.]
