Confidential information.

When contracting for health care services and equipment, the department, upon request of a contractor, shall keep confidential financial and valuable trade information, which shall be exempt from public inspection and copying under chapter 42.56 RCW.[ 2005 c 274 s 325; 1989 c 189 s 2.]
