Delivery of property and funds.

The commissioners of the merging district shall, upon completion of the merger, transfer, convey, and deliver to the merged district all property and funds of the merging district, together with all interest in and right to collect any assessments previously levied.[ 1984 c 230 s 63; 1947 c 254 s 19; Rem.
