Streets, roads, and highways—Construction, upgrading, improvement, and repair authorized.

Any port district in this state, acting through its commission, may expend port funds toward construction, upgrading, improvement, or repair of any street, road, or highway that serves port facilities.[ 1990 c 5 s 1.]
