Dissolution of district which has no active commission—Authority of county commissioners.

For the purpose of dissolution of any port district not having an active port commission the board of county commissioners of the county wherein such inactive port district is located may exercise the powers and duties vested by chapter 53.48 RCW in the governing body of such port district.[ 1961 c 26 s 6.]
