Depositories—Disbursement of funds.

All moneys belonging to cities, public utility districts, and joint operating agencies in connection with common facilities shall be deposited in such depositories as qualify for the deposit of public funds and shall be accounted for and disbursed in accordance with applicable law.[ 1973 1st ex.s. c 7 s 5; 1967 c 159 s 5.]
