RCW 39.33.060 to govern on sales by district for park and recreational purposes.

The provisions of RCW 57.08.015, 57.08.016, and 57.08.120 shall have no application as to the sale or conveyance of real or personal property or any interest or right therein by a district to the county or park and recreation district wherein such property is located for park and recreational purposes, but in those cases the provisions of RCW 39.33.060 shall govern.[ 1996 c 230 s 320; 1971 ex.s. c 243 s 8.]Notes:Part headings not law—Effective date—1996 c 230: See notes following RCW 57.02.001.
