Eligibility for loans—Amount of loans—Determining factors.

The department shall consider the following factors in determining the eligibility for, and the amount, of loans made under this chapter:(1) The reasonableness of the conversion costs relating to repairs, rehabilitation, construction, or other costs;(2) The number of available and affordable mobile home park spaces in the general area;(3) The adequacy of the management plan for the conversion and operation of the park; and(4) Other factors established by the department by rule.[ 1993 c 66 s 13.]
