Applicant must sign permit.

No permit shall be valid or be accepted or used for the purchase of liquor until the applicant for the permit has written his or her signature thereon in the prescribed manner, for the purposes of identification as the holder thereof, in the presence of the employee to whom the application is made.[ 2012 c 117 s 274; 1933 ex.s. c 62 s 14; RRS s 7306-14.]
