Nonrefundable application fee for retail license.

An application for a new annual retail license under this title shall be accompanied by payment of a nonrefundable $112.50 fee to cover expenses incurred in processing the application. If the application is approved, the application fee shall be applied toward the fee charged for the license.[ 2025 c 343 s 3; 1988 c 200 s 4.]
