Duration of license.

The licenses authorized to be granted by this chapter shall at the option of the person applying for the same, be granted for six, nine, or twelve months, and the person holding such license may transact the business thereby authorized at any place in the county where such license is granted: PROVIDED, That such business shall not be transacted in but one place in the county at a time.[ 1873 p 439 s 8; Code 1881, Bagley's Supp. p 27 s 8.]
