Impact on horse racing commission.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to diminish or limit the powers and responsibilities of the Washington horse racing commission established in chapter 67.16 RCW or to invalidate any action of the Washington horse racing commission previously taken, including without limitation any regulation issued by the commission.[ 2001 c 18 s 13.]
