Definitions.

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, for the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply:(1) "Cultural arts, stadium and convention district," or "district," means a quasi municipal corporation of the state of Washington created pursuant to this chapter.(2) "Component city" means an incorporated city within a public cultural arts, stadium and convention benefit area.(3) "City" means any city or town.(4) "City council" means the legislative body of any city.(5) "Municipality" means a port district, public school district or community college district.[ 1982 1st ex.s. c 22 s 2.]
