Penalty for violation of chapter—Exceptions.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, or knowingly causes, aids, abets, or conspires with another to cause any person to violate any provision of this chapter is guilty of a class C felony, except where other penalties are specifically provided for in this chapter.[ 1982 2nd ex.s. c 7 s 16.]
