Other law inapplicable to sale of tickets or shares.

No other law, including chapter 9.46 RCW, providing any penalty or disability for the sale of lottery tickets or any acts done in connection with a lottery applies to the sale of tickets or shares performed pursuant to this chapter.[ 1982 2nd ex.s. c 7 s 21.]
