Investigations by attorney general authorized.

The attorney general may investigate violations of this chapter, and of the criminal laws within this state, by the commission, the director, or the director's employees, licensees, or agents, in the manner prescribed for criminal investigations in RCW 43.10.090.[ 1987 c 511 s 13; 1982 2nd ex.s. c 7 s 30.]
