Burial or scatter of human remains—Permit.

Any person other than persons defined in RCW 68.50.160 who buries or scatters human remains by land, air, or sea or performs any other disposition of human remains outside of a cemetery must have a permit issued in accordance with RCW 68.05.100 and are subject to that section.[ 2019 c 432 s 13; 2005 c 365 s 58; 1987 c 331 s 15.]Notes:Effective date—2019 c 432: See note following RCW 68.05.175.
