Interment, certificate of authority required—Penalty.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any cemetery authority to make any interment without a valid, unsuspended certificate of authority. Each interment shall be a separate violation.[ 2005 c 365 s 63; 1953 c 290 s 52.]
