Every person who shall make or open any road, or construct any railway, turnpike, canal, or other public easement over, through, in, or upon any property used for the burial of human remains, without authority of law or the consent of the owner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.[ 2005 c 365 s 85; 1909 c 249 s 241; RRS s 2493.]
