Joint tenants—Survivorship.

Upon the death of a joint tenant, the title to the plot or right of interment held in joint tenancy immediately vests in the survivors, subject to the vested right of interment of the deceased joint tenant.[ 2005 c 365 s 98; 1943 c 247 s 95; Rem.
