Penalty.

Any person, partnership, corporation, association, or his or her or its agents or representatives who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or make any false statement appearing on any sign, contract, agreement, receipt, statement, literature, or other publication shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.[ 2012 c 117 s 312; 1987 c 331 s 39; 1943 c 247 s 125; Rem.
