"Advertisement."

The term "advertisement" means all representations, other than by labeling, for the purpose of inducing, or which are likely to induce, directly or indirectly, the purchase of food, drugs, devices, or cosmetics.[ 1945 c 257 s 20; Rem. Supp. 1945 s 6163-69.]
