Drugs—Adulteration for lack of represented purity or quality.

If a drug or device is not subject to the provisions of RCW 69.04.420 and its strength differs from, or its purity or quality falls below, that which it purports or is represented to possess, it shall be deemed to be adulterated.[ 1945 c 257 s 61; Rem. Supp. 1945 s 6163-110.]
