Drugs—Adulteration by admixture or substitution of ingredients.

A drug shall be deemed to be adulterated if any substance has been (1) mixed or packed therewith so as to reduce its quality or strength or (2) substituted wholly or in part therefor.[ 1945 c 257 s 62; Rem. Supp. 1945 s 6163-111.]
