Enforcement, where vested—Regulations.

The authority to promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement of this chapter is hereby vested in the director: PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That the director shall designate the pharmacy quality assurance commission to carry out all the provisions of this chapter pertaining to drugs and cosmetics, with authority to promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement thereof.[ 2013 c 19 s 51; 1947 c 25 s 91 (passed notwithstanding veto); 1945 c 257 s 91 (vetoed); Rem.
