Rules and regulations, hearings subject to Administrative Procedure Act.

The adoption of any rules and regulations under the provisions of this chapter, or the holding of a hearing in regard to a license issued or which may be issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the applicable provisions of chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act, as enacted or hereafter amended.[ 1967 ex.s. c 121 s 7.]
