Director and deputies, assistants, and inspectors authorized to act—May take verified statements.

The director or director's deputies, assistants, and inspectors are authorized to do all acts and things necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including the taking of verified statements. The department personnel are empowered to administer oaths of verification on the statement.[ 1995 c 374 s 19.]
