Embargo—Consolidation of petitions.

Two or more petitions under RCW 69.25.200 which pend at the same time and which present the same issue and claimant hereunder may be consolidated for simultaneous determination by one court of competent jurisdiction, upon application to any court of jurisdiction by the director or claimant.[ 1975 1st ex.s. c 201 s 23.]
