Forgery, simulation, etc., of marks, labels, etc., unlawful.

It shall be unlawful to forge, counterfeit, simulate, falsely represent or alter without proper authority any mark, stamp, tab, label, seal, sticker or other identification device provided by this chapter.[ 1961 c 60 s 2; 1939 c 199 s 40; RRS s 6163-40.
