Certificates of approval—Compliance with other laws and rules required.

Any certificate of approval issued under the provisions of this chapter shall not relieve any person from complying with the laws, rules and/or regulations of the department of fish and wildlife, relative to shellfish.[ 1994 c 264 s 40; 1955 c 144 s 7.]
